Q: Is shipping available to my country?
A: Under normal circumstances, yes, Suiker Apparel items ship worldwide. But unfortunately due to Covid-19, shipping will not be available to the following countries (for now):
American Samoa, Angola, Azerbaijan, Bermuda, Bolivia, Brunei, Cambodia, Cameroon, Chad, Cuba, Curacao, Dominica, Dem. Rep. Of Congo, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, French Polynesia, Gambia, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, Iraq, Ivory Coast, Jordan, Kiribati, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Liberia, Libya, Madagascar, Mauritius, Mongolia, Myanmar, Panama, Papua New Guinea, Rep. Of Congo, Rwanda, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Syria, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Turks and Caicos Islands, Uganda, Uzbekistan, Vanuatu, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe.
I have disabled shipping to these locations temporarily. As time goes on, and each of the above countries lift restrictions, I will send out updates. Sad face. Check back though!
Q: What are your shipping rates?
A: Depending on your location (US, Europe, Australia / New Zealand, Africa, and everywhere else) a flat shipping fee will be applied to your order and is calculated at checkout. Orders above $80 ship for free!
Q: How long do I have to wait for my order?
A: Again, depending on where you are in the world, please allow for about 7 to 14 working days after fulfillment of the order, some states in the US may be sooner. This is also subject to turn-around times in processing international parcels in your country, so keep that in mind too. (See the Covid-19 note at the top of this page!)
Q: How do I pay?
A: You'll be presented with the PayPal Express payment option when you checkout your cart. You can create a PayPal account fast and easy (and safely!) if you don't currently have an active account. I am working on adding other payment options (VISA, Mastercard etc.) and hope to have that up and running soon, so check back.
Q: I have a question that doesn't relate to any of the above. What do I do?
